You expect them to show up :D ? There are actually people comparing PRE ALPHA(unfinished) KZ2 footages with Gears 2 footages :D .The day KZ2 releases they will run away as usual.Resistance 2 looks great if you ask me.Its certainly gonna be the one of the best shooters.

Dont feed him ! He has been trying to get attention since the starting of this topic.But since everyone is just so busy appreciating the new AWESOME resistance,no one seems to bother him :D.

GREAT visuals i must say.CErtainly one of the best FPS graphics i have seen so far.The graphics are clear and crisp.At the same time motion blurr and depth of field is used efficiently and intelligently to make them look more life like.Also the new enemy additions especially that invisible monster thing is GREAT ! Cant wait to play it.Resistance one didnt appeal much to me but this actually does !

Optimisation is only as good as the API within the API is. As the Cell has no instruction window like general CPU's and to make things worse is not OoO which all general purpose CPU's have. Now if you can design and integrate a good instruction program for the Cell this is where it shines. It's all left to the to the programmer and Sony's biggest mistake was throwing on everybodies lap and practically said do something with it. Which was a major this gen and same last gen. But it really hurt them this time. Now designing and coding the instruction program where most of the problems lie since you have to split all the work 7 ways because of the SPE's, a game will only be as good as the instruction program was designed to the Cell. Maybe the next Cell will be OoO which will make a big difference.Fusible

And now suprisingly PS3s cell is doing very good when it comes to gaming.Alot of devs are just extracting alot of power from it.Hell they have even optimized ray tracing on it.Infact most of the visually anticipated multiplats such as Oblivon,GTA IV and upcoming Far Cry 2 are running better on the PS3 MOSTLY because of the cell and Bluray.So i guess sony`s risks have pretty much covered the loss.When it was early in its life time,Xbox 360 literaly used to own it.But now with time its changing and very noticeably.
