@Rikufan My point exactly, you see... you can not appeal the hardcore crowd if the hero (or heroine in this case) is not hardcore as well.

When I saw that picture of Samus stepping on the back of the neck of that beast and just a second away to blow its brains all over the floor, I thought: "Man!... She must be the most hardcore b**** in videogames, like a female Master Chief or something". And the I played Metroid Other M... and I was really REALLY disappointed

Its in my best hope Nintendo learn from that mistake so the next Metroid appeal its hardcore crowd
