I feel stressed and annoyed when playing some games. For instance, a game like Warcraft 3. So you are building stuff and are about to go creeping, they have a hero called the Blade Master who comes into your base and chops your workers. Or play 2v2 and have 2 blade masters chopping your workers. So then you have to make 10 towers to defend this BS and then they bring in catapults and air guys. RTS is when paper beats scissor because someone can control well. Strategy is pushed behind.

Apparently you have no micro =P. But on topic, some games can be stressful at times if you constantly keep getting stuck. Or if you are trying to complete a challege for that games (example: only using 1 character throughout an entire final fantasy game, or even a speed run of some game where you have to play parts over and over to perfect them) and you just keep getting frustrated and annoyed over stuff. Either way whenever I get stressed over a game I just take a break for a bit and come back later.
