Alan wake, Unreal 3, Halo 3 should all have great physics. I am 100% sure that alan wake will have great physics as it is a dx10 showcase game kinda like Crysis cept crysis won't be coming to 360.JrodM121768


I hear Halo 3 is on a modified halo 2 engine which I hope is a lie as that game's physics sucked and I cant see how modifiying a engine can improve physics that much,then again could be wrong,there are rumours that Half life 2's source engine is a modified Half life 1 engine with Havok 2 features implemented

Am i the only person who though the series took a nosedive after 3?san andreas was awful one of my worse games.2 is the best in the series easily

any links to uploaded footage,hell if im gonna pay for cutscenes,back in the day they were provided with the game,imagine FFVII if you had to buy a special edition version just to watch the FMV's.Lost planet special disc is the lamest,if has a map that only the special edition has,like whats the point,do you intentionaly want people to have a map but hardly no-one to play the map with?

Well gamespot has given out a handful of 10 scores. I believe Chrono Cross, Tony Hawk 2 and Ocarina of Time though I ight be wrong on that.

As for Halo 3. An emphatic NO, I reckon it wont even break 9, let alone exceed current 360 records. I'll be glad to be prvoen wrong though.

I know you right about Chrono trigger as it always surprised me that they rated it higher than FFVII

When I got Half life 2 years ago I thought "This is the future,this is what games are going to be like in the future,beautiful graphics combined with the best physics ever seen"
I expected with due time that all games would achieve this standard when it came to physics and hw much it reacts with the world around it,so you can imagine my excitement when 360 was announced,this was the future,the time when all games will have glorious physics with corpses flying everywhere.Yet so far we havent really seen much done with physics on the 360(even on PC for that matter) except saints row which I do admit is a physics masterpiece and makes best use of physics on the 360.So I have to admit that im disappointed.So my question is do you personnaly think game developers have done enough with physics considering all the power in the 360 and current day PC's? and do you think a game will come out for the 360 that beats HL2's physics before HL2 itself makes it over to the 360 later this year?I dont think we will see a game with physics that good until Half life 2

they let Halo 2 suck so why not 3?

Im pretty sure that was just a FMV as it was around same quality as the legendary Killzone 2 clip,and if PS3 cant handle details like that like everyone seems to be saying then I doubt a 360 can do it,not that I'm flamming the 360

they do in Britain,I go one further than him and get all my games brand new,if I dont like it I just return it and say Im not satisfied with my purchase and would like a full refund,gotta love those loopholes though Tesco wont give you a refund even though it English law that any product you pay for and arent satisfied with can be returned for full refund no questions asked.
