Since it's successor is available I'd say right about now. But as long as it says PSP in the Sony PSP / Vita forums that would probably be the best place for topics regarding it.

Personally I disliked almost all aspects about the game. Such as how enemies and bosses level up alongside your characters, and how they level up much higher than your characters do. So level grinding only serves to make the game harder. Basically the game actually punishes you for leveling. The only reason to fight enemies in the game is to draw spells, which you could just get from playing the card game and refining items. So fighting enemies in the game is just a waste of time with no real benefit. The only thing that matters in the game is accumulation of magic spells to junction to your characters to raise their attributes.
I supposed they made it this way to discourage level grinding and keep the difficulty at even level even regardless of what level your at. But in the end it only served to make the game unbalanced. The game would have been a lot more balanced if there was no leveling system at all or at the very least the bosses and enemy stats were adjusted so leveling didn't put you at a disadvantage. And if the only way to get magic was by defeating enemies, which would actually give you a reason to fight them.

That's only because you never played against me. I'd wipe the floor with you like excrement from a boot.:)
The retron is rated for 10v and I don't have any friends with an snes that are in the state, otherwise i'd do thatCoyote_Black
Hmm still could be the power supply. SNES's are notoriously picky when it comes to third party power supply's. I guess that leaves you with one of two options. Return it or try another adapter. Maybe if there is a video game store near where you live that deals in retro video game stuff. They might be willing to test it for you, if you tell them you'll buy the adapter from them if it works. Besides that I don't know what else to tell you.
The powersupply is rated for 1000 milli amps, It's one of those retcon brand dual power supplies (can power nes also, have used it to that effect and that works fine.)Coyote_Black
I assume you mean Retron, 1000 mA should be fine. The NES takes takes a 9V power supply SNES 10V. So if the adapter is 9V that could be the problem. European Pal SNES's actually do take 9v power supply's so I think that has something to do with why so many of them aren't the correct ratings. If you have a friend who has a SNES i recomend that you have him try it out for you before you go buying new adaptors.
Definitely try what Emerald said. If that doesn't solve the issue check the rating on your power supply. You said that your power supply is third party that could also be the problem. The SNES requires a power supply with a rating of DC 10v 850mA the mA can be over 850 but not under. There are tons of third party power supply's that don't have the correct rating. Especially ones that are marketed for multiple systems.
I have somewhere around five hundred games. When I was younger I use to sell and trade games a lot which I now regret because if I didn't I'd probably would have had three times as much. It wasn't until 2007 that I started to holding onto stuff.
PS1 is the platform that I think I have the most for. There's some more off to the left side but that's the best angle I could get without moving stuff. Some DC and PSP stuff on the top.
oh dear, now I know what another user meant by Jakandsig_ strikes again ,,,,penpusher
He's just some kid who probably read the how to troll article on encyclopedia dramatica. Except for the most part he's doing it wrong.
hOW CANNOT BE THE REASONS I SPECIFIED IF THESE ARE THE ONLY REASONS!? Also where are your commas? I see you have one long sentence there. but you're just using this as an excuse to avoid the fact it failed in general. These are the only reasons they failed what OTHER WAY IS THERE?Jakandsig_
Yeah I admit it I am lazy when it comes to comma's, but I'm not the one writing a 2248 word essay here am I? Why does it matter so much to you if people agree with you Captain Hindsight? I said the GC failed, I'm not denying it. I swear no allegiances to the GC or Nintendo in general. I was always an Atari and Sega guy myself.
The PS2 sold over 150 million units, that's over seven times the units that the GC sold. Just the looming shadow of the PS2 effected the Dreamcast sales before it was even released. The PS2 was simply the preferred platform for third party developers. There wasn't much Nintendo could do about it. Except maybe sit that generation out and focus primarily on the GBA. (which in hindsight they probably should have done) Most people who buy video game consoles are casual gamers. The so called hardcore gamer only make up a small minority. Casual gamers usually buy one console per generation and that's it. So tell me after everybody and their mother bought a PS2 who would be buying all these GC's? Do you honestly think that making a few changes here and there would have changed anything? It wouldn't have mattered that much if the GC had DVD capabilities amazing third party support or that whole list of other stuff that you said. There would have been no way that it could have been even close to as successful as the PS2.
@Jakandsig
Holy crap you don't expect me to read all that do you? Why are you arguing with me? I'm a least partially agreeing with you that the GC was a failure, just not for the reasons you specified. I like how you have the time to make a 2248 word rant but don't have the time to run a two second spell check.
If you are trying to engage in a logical argument and come off sounding like you have a ounce of creditability and intelligence it doesn't help when you misspell fourth grade level words.
