if you absolutely can not get both. i would wait for mass effect. however since they are released about 2 1/2 months apart you can probably get bioshock, beat it and trade it in towards mass effect, or come up with another $65 to get mass effect in november.
Has to be Perfect Dark. It was the best game of the N64 Gen and it was way too ahead of it's time. The "High Res" mode ran at 15 fps, as did the amazing coop, and even more amazing and still revolutionary counter-op. I believe this could be the number 1 xbla game, even moreso than goldeneye
