Not all CRT's can accept a 720p signal, convert it to 1080i...Just check out the spec's and make sure you see 720p listed somewhere..

Even the composite red-white video plugs? I thought those were supposed to be left unplugged when going for HD.

You need the component cables that come with the Premium 360.  You can buy it seperatley.

With Composite cables (non hd) red and white is for audio,  and yellow is for video.

With component cables, (hd) red and white is still for audio,  but green, red, and blue is for video.

So you basically,  you connect everything with the component cable,  except the yellow.  And make sure you connect the red's in the right place,  dont mix up the red audio cable, with the red video cable.

So you see the two red and white cables,  next to eachother all alone.  Those are for audio.  The Blue, Red, and Green is for Video,  and you leave the yellow unconnected.

Halo 2 scored higher, sold more, and is the largest played Game on Xbox live outside of Gears. It did crush MP2.

I think we are talking about quality of game... not how much it is played... :roll:

Metroid Prime 2 scored .3 lower than Halo 2, but Metroid Prime won GOTY over Halo...

Both have advantages and Metroid has just as big of a chance to be best FPS of the year as Halo does.

Metroid Prime 3 has absolutely no shot at FPS of the year...Why? Because it's not a FPS...It's an adventure game..

Actually... we dont know that. From what we have seen, there have been no adventuring aspects, but a few small morph ball puzzles. Metroid Prime 3 could very well be an FPS... 

I would be pissed if MP3 was a FPS...Nintendo excels at Action Adventure,  not FPS...I buy Nintendo consoles for Action/Adventure games..

I love the game and all,  but it's not a FPS.

I hope the Wii doesn't ruin the gameplay...
