I've put over 400 in two oblivion characters (250 on one, 150 on the other).

With everything new it brought to the table including choices you could make in the story, vastly improved graphics, a better physics system and everything else make GTA 4 one of my favourite games of all time. I know some people say that it's not as good as SA for whatever reason, but I don't know why it gets so much hate. Murj
In short, a lot of people don't like it or stopped playing it because it's simply boring.

It does not hav to be a main character

Im going to hav to go with cortana from halo 3, shes fine in all the other games, but omg i hate it when she slows me down just to make master chief look delusional. For some reason i keep thinking of green grass and high tides forever, but thats my all time hated guitarhero/rockband song

I'll have to go with Snake or Cloud.

I loved the game, the travelling didnt bother me at all. Just always keep a car with you and use a sniper so you can stop your car a bit before a place you have to go adn snipe them all out.

Awesome game, 9/10 for me.

I'll second that.

What do you think is the better Action/RPG?  Mass Effect or Fallout 3?

I think they're both great games, however, I give the edge to Mass Effect as it's combat engine is a little bit better in real-time.  VATS in Fallout 3 is great, but it's not real time either.  Plus, the story in Mass Effect is better.

 Just my opinion.

I agree.

Could be that the ports are not being forwarded correctly on your router. Which step is failing in the connection test?

Comming from a COD4 vetran the played the piss outta COD 4 and loved every minute of it: COD WAW. maps are bigger/better/more open. COD WaW took what COD 4 had and improved on it. More polished and more addicting online play...DPhunkT

I agree - the CoD:WaW maps make the CoD4 maps look pathetic in comparison. The design work in WaW is exceptional.

i saw reviews of Viva Pinata and most of them were very positive. however, i want to know you guys' opinions. im debating on whether or not i should get Viva Pinata or Rainbow Six: Vegas. i kind of want to have a break from shooter games, but if Rainbow Six: Vegas is a must own game, then i would probably purchase Vegas, it not, maybe Viva Pinata. i don't have xbox live yet, but i will get it soon enough. also, i already have Gears of War, Graw, NBA 2K7, NCAA Football 07, and COD2. i would appreciate your help:PMinnn

It is soul-suckingly good. But if you have the chance, pick up Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise instead. I've put almost as much time in VP and VP:TIP as I have in say, Oblivion.

As with any other hobby, some people choose to abandon their interests when presented with alternatives (either by choice or by necessity). So sure, anyone could "grow out" of gaming - but it not simply because of age. I know guys that used to game alot that don't anymore because they play football. (I also know quite a few that used to play football and now game). I'm 26, married, have a child and I still game frequently (though not as much as ten years ago). My father is 57, married, and my brother (13) still lives at home, and dad still plays quite a bit (both PC and console).
