hey guys let me start off by saying Im not a fanboy of any system. ok well i own a 360 and a wii and was thinking of getting a ps3 when the price was right FOR ME. not that i can"t afford it i just really don"t like the games that are out at the moment and i'm not a big fan of metal gear ,final fantasy, or most of the games that are out right now but i do want to play heavenly sword, and i do like the god of war games.but anyway the reason for this thread is that i was going to get a 40g ps3 but i heard i can't play ps2 games on it. so my question is is there a way to fix that, or will they eventually fix it. because i gave away my ps2 and kept the games because i was going to get a ps3.so should i wait or buy a used 60g. thanks for your help
yes it can be done. if you buy the elite it comes with everything you need but if you get the premium you need to buy this http://www.gamestop.com/product.asp?product%5Fid=802758 i had an old 360 and bought a tv that supports 1080p only through hdmi so i upgraded to an elite and i have my audio system hooked up through optical. so yes it can be done

untrue, Toshiba did not "buy" it as an exclusive. Universal decided to only support HD-DVD, and not release any of their movies or television shows on Blu-Ray. So no NBC shows will be on Blu-Ray, neither will movies like 40 Year Old Virgin and Knocked Up
i got mine a little while ago.and to be honest i didn't expect much because i didn't like mp or mp2. but let me tell you i'm really loving this game. i'm playing on a 65in dlp and the game looks great. love the the nice bright colors and contrast whichlacks on alot of fps
use to play on my 32in lcd 1080i but just got a 65in dlp 1080p a couple weeks ago and its a whole lot of fun to play with. now my 32in looks small to me. oh and my wii looks good on both tv's

when i first got my 360 i had to do it the same way if i remember correctly you have to go on your internet setting and allow the xbox to share a connection.i got the info on the x box website might want to check there
