@Benny_a: Ok now i'm lieing lmao you keep trying and trying but making yourself look stupid. Dude you just said guarrenteed 100% faster than the original ps4.. which would equate to 60fps in witcher 3.. 30+30 = 60... so I'm saying my 980ti is 20 times faster than the ps4, 30 x 20 = 600 fps.. you are basically telling me I should be gettings 600 fps in witcher 3 using your performance ratio theory lmao.. Now I know i'm not going to get 600 fps in witcher 3 and I NEVER said what resolution I was playing.. I actually play all my games @ 1440p.. With that resolution and everything on MAX even hairworks, I get 60fps or less.. that is a superclocked evga 980 ti, (i can confirm with speccy or dxdiag if you want to keep calling me a liar). You are basically telling people with games like witcher 3, division, fallout 4 that they are guarrenteed 60fps now with the neo, when a damn 980 ti can barely do it you incompetent fool.. can't compare consoles to PC LMAO dude what do you think a console is? its just a damn APU.. cant compare.. ROFL (You know nothing jon snow)
@Benny_a: No they do not mean all ps4 30 fps games must run 60 fps on the NEO LMAO.. it means if the division is getting 24 fps the NEO should get at least a constant 30 or higher. They can be equal in framerate or higher, its not required.. just cant be lower if they decide to bump the graphics up. Basically offer a more stable framerate
@Benny_a: I disagree. I have a 980 ti and 4790k @5.0ghz , its about 20 times or more powerful than a ps4.. take witcher 3 for example, I dont get 600 fps at 1080p, which is what I should get using your theory.. no I only get about 60fps while the ps4 gets only 30... you actually think that NEO is going to get you 60 fps in witcher 3 @ 1080p, when a 980 ti barely does it... lmao in your dreams maybe :)
@tranceology3: well for everyones sake I hope your right, I've been dealing with specs for almost 15 years now, since the dawn on the internet and windows 3.11, dos.. I'd love to have 60 fps on my consoles, thats primarily why I buy multiplats on PC, so i can have 1440p+ 60fps+, now you telling me that this console is gonna perform close to my 980 ti and 4790k 4.0ghz on 4 cores and 8 threads... I'll just have to see it to believe it. If there is a game that comes out 30 fps on ps4 and 60 fps on neo.. please come rub it in my face, I would love to be wrong. PS I already know there are games out on consoles that run 60 fps.
@heydink: no it isn't half lol. 42 gb difference between the two bandwidths, half would be 88gb difference, so we arent very near to half the memory bandwidth and that really wont mean much at all, negligible. . GPU isn't twice as much, you don't know anything besides double the CU's, do you ever know what a CU is?
listen people, given the specs this neo console isnt going to have the power to turn a 30 fps game into a 60 fps game.. it might though turn a 900p game into a 1080p game with more stable framerates.. I dont think there will be games where ps4 is playing 30 fps and ps4.5 is playing 60fps on the same game.. not happening, not given these specs if they hold true. There will also be no 4k gaming.. its for 4k netflix and blu ray.. and upscaling to 4k, but you wont see a game like uncharted 4 being playing in 4k. Just my 2 cents.
@suicidesn0wman: agreed, years ago id be lucky to get 200 bucks a week after taxes and fees came out.. now people are all suddenly making 500 bucks a week minimum? LOL
