I would say it counts as something in the lines of an XBLA as most. I understand it has a 10-12 hour storyline, but so does most of Arcade games (ex. Braid). It just wouldn't be fair counting this as a game, when it wasn't made to be a game in the first place.
This is not good for Microsoft... not good at all. If they're serious about implementing this feature into their gaming, then well... let's just say the Wii is the biggest thing ever. I doubt this will hold a candle to the Wii.
