Well, whats the number of U's sold in the U.S.? Isn't it 3-4 mill worldwide total? So depending on those nukbers we can deduce how bad/ good it is. For example, if there is only a paltry 1 mill in the U.S. 100,000 is a 10% attach rate. I dont know if that is good or bad, but I'm sure someone that can figure out the numbers and compare them to how a big exclusive usually sell can get better results.
Lets not forget that Nintendo games tend to have legs and sell for a long while. The holidays are also coming up and this will spark sales all across the board.

No, a 10% attach rate is great. Imagine a PS3 exclusive selling 8 million units out of 80 million consoles worldwide.
