The only reason the Wii U sold as well as it did at its launch was because it was under $400 and came with a game. The beleifs that these PlaySlaves and XBots have of the X1 and PS4 exceeding 3 million (each) during their launches at $500 and $400 with no pack-in game is baffleing.
Hell, the situation is even better for the Wii U now.
Wii U - $300 with game and free online and compeling games from now to the end of the year and beyond.
X1 - $500 no pack-in game $60 a year for online and no compeling games til next year
PS4 - $400 no pack-in game $50 a year for online (lesser of two evils) and no compeling games til next year.
Handhelds are different market that Nintendo dominates. They do not control the home console market. They won this previous gen, but not in dominating fashion.StrongBlackVine
