Get the i5-3570k cpu so you can use USB 3.0 and pci-e 3.0. It costs about the same as the i5-2500k.
I hear bad things about OCZ power supplies, so get a Corsair, Seasonic or XFX power supply. 650W is sufficient. 750W if you plan on adding another video card later.
Add an aftermarket cpu cooler like the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus.
I'm not sure if the Coolermaster HAF case has front USB 3.0 ports. The Antec 302 case has that.
Personally I would buy the XFX Radeon HD 7870 Double D. It's around $250 and isn't much slower than the 7950.
Add 1 or 2 120mm fan that has PWM.
All the other components are good.
Edit: I recommend the G.Skill Ripjaws 2x4GB 1600 Mhz (red heatsink).
