In this video clip you can see someone playing black ops with a crouch/standing indicator

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUfCXqcLwNE

How can you turn it on?

Is there anyway to make it like the ps3 version when viewing the scoreboard, I know you have to press the back button, But on the 360 it stays on the screen, You have to press back again to close it, Cant it be like the ps3 where when you remove your finger the scoreboard closes!

I have no idea why the xbox even needs to spin the disk constantly while idle on the dashboard, Really silly feature!

Is the disk on the slims always meant to be spinning at a low rpm even when sat at the dash for long periods of time? The only time my disk will stop is when i start a game thats installed to the hdd, I know its not a big deal but whenever my disk is spinning it vibrates on my cabinet and you can feel it all over the room!

They can be deleted by going to system-memory-games-titleupdate, But i was under the impression that cache clear would delete all title and game updates.

I was under the impression that clearing the cache would remove all game update data and title updates, Everytime i use it and go back into the memory all the title updates are still there, Black ops, sky player, zume player etc etc all the title updates are still there, It deletes collin mcrae dirt 3 update but thats it?

Before the New update, Whenever it informed me of multiple friends online, If i pressed the guide button as it did, It would take me directly to my friends list, But now it just opens the normall guide, Did they actually change this? or is it a bug?
