When i play fifa 11 the HDD orange indicator is lit and flashes constantly without a break, It only does it on fifa and gta, But as fifa doesnt install to the HDD should it be doing this, It doesnt do it on any other games, as soon as i pause fifa it stops flashing!
Sorry im not very good at explaining it, when i play a original xbox game it reads it and displays the blank disk image and underneath it says play, but on my old xbox it displayed the old retro cross not a blank disk, i was wondering weather there was a problem with the emulation software on it, as all the xbox originals now play ultra laggy!
When you load up a normal xbox game on the game menu it shows u a picture instead of a cd on the dashboard, but when i load up a original xbox game all i see is a picture of a blank disk, isnt it meant to be a retro xbox cross instead of a cd?
I have noticed that when you use the update purchased items to facebook featurehalf the things dont work, on some demos it will pop up and ask you if you want to publish it, but on all other things like videos, themes, pictures, music, it doesnt do jack! plus it only works on limited demos you download.
do you think this is a kink in the new software or do you think they have to add the feature to every single download on store?
Ok smart ass, When i say within a year i mean within this year lol sorry for the confusion its just the way i said it, I have had 3 all from gamestation all within a 3 week period, Ok first one wouldnt load any games PERIOD. Second one, Wellthe second i turned it on the fans was at full speed unable to ramp back down, probably down to shoddy thermal paste job! and this is my third! And it seems to be perfect (touch wood). But i am sorry its just the whole thing got me over paranoid, I mean afterall it did cost me close on £300! Gamestation also said that they have recived a bad batch! so replaced it with no hasstle.
I took out a 2 year warranty anyway just to be safe!
I know this is strange question guys, But need some info, I got my replacment slim today after my second one broke,so i am a little paranoid! The green wifi light seems to act differently on this one ...or is it just me?
The HDD light which is orange flickers on and off, Well the wifi light is solid all the time when connected but dull, it flickers brghter when theres activity, but neverflashes on and off only dull and brighter with activity!is anyones the same?isnt it meant to flash on and off with activity like the HDD light?
