I work at a call center where obese people call in and get information on the gastric bypass surgery and lapband surgery and normally it's just "yeah thanks for the info" and then they hang up, but this woman called in crying and was pleading with me to help her. I felt incredibly bad so I called the doctor's office for her and told them that she was desperate to get the surgery and that if she didn't she was going to die. Since the woman didn't have insurance they were reluctant to offer their services but I convinced them to somehow.

Long story short - she's getting the surgery done for free and I feel like my time spent at this god-forsaken place is actually worth something :D

I've heard that the Rockstar team assigned to Grand Theft Auto sometimes prowels the Gamespot community with their little pads of paper and their ballpoint pens, looking for new ideas. Well.. I figured I'd post some here even though there's no chance in hell that they'd look here for ideas.

So, here we go; first, maybe the cars for the next GTA could become worn down as you drive them. By this I don't mean driving into buildings and people and they become worn down, I mean they just become older and need to be repaired internally which would give the player an incentive to have a "new" car in the game before they either go out on a mission or decide to rob a bank.

Secondly, maybe, along with the car idea, they could put in a fuel system so that all the gas stations you see in the next GTA will actually be worth something more than crashing your car into it and watching big copper metal sheets being catapulted into the air, then landing on the ground and miraculously being cleaned up by the fairies that live in my head :|. Again, this would give the player the incentive to be prepared before a big mission or whatever they may be planning on doing.

Anyway, those are my ideas, there are many more like them but those are mine. (i'll give you $20 if you can tell me where I ripped that line from) I'll be talkin to ya 8)

I know that I'll be getting my emblems back by tomorrow but I mean, I like looking at my emblems. They're awesome. And now they aren't there.. Damn you glitchspot, damn you to gaming hell :twisted:

Has anyone else seen it? They make it sound like it's a huge improvement over the other Halos but I really can't see one. Halo has always been a very awesome looking game to me and it doesn't look they are going to disappoint on Halo 3. Give me some feedback :D

In 3 days I went from tagger dabbler to tagger maker and then I skipped straight to tagger king. I must be a tagger god :P

Just got the hella old-school gamer emblem, the good taste emblem, the serious collector emblem, and on top of that I got the next emblem for tagging - tagger maker. I'm so pleased with myself hahaha :D
