If Sony savaged the PS3 and ended up beating the 360, then Microsoft can at least close the gap if they finally release some good exclusive games for the Xbone.

I don't think so. Persona 4 Golden has been the only thing I've really enjoyed except the Hatsune Miku games which are available on PS3 and I've had it for a few years now.

Plus memory cards are expensive as hell.

Pokken Tournament for Wii U is realistic, but I expect a Pokemon Stadium type game, the always have those.

90% sure it will be Wii U and Arcade only, the downgrade on 3DS would be huge and the controls would be bad.
