It all depends on what you are looking for in a handheld console... both are excellent products showing the philosophies of their respective companies: the PSP is more likely to appeal to hardcore gamers who want "power" and impressive games, the DS is more suitable for casual gamers who want "fun" games and original gameplay concepts. melante

Seems like a smart thing to do.

Manufacturers don't want potential customers to realize that Saturns are pieces of ****
TheOneMan
yeah. but this will stop as soon as someone crashes, destroys his car and then suits the car maker for misleading publicity and information in the videogames which officially licenced that particular model.... Sounds silly? maybe, but considering that people who couldn't keep the motion controller in hand actually suited Nintendo, I think this is quite possible,,,,

Anyone who's into fighting games can vouch for the fact that VF5 trounces DoA4 in terms of depth.Rubedo
This is very interesting and makes me curious.... how do you define "depth" in a fighting game? (I am mostly a retro gamer so my favs are still the old school ones like IK+ :p )

I think this has nothing to do with "hating" anything, it just that some of you are getting too high expectations on the wrong show (or better, on the right one, just 1 year late). IMHO, I think it'd be a better choice to save some more money and take a flight ticket to Japan for the Tokio Game Show instead. Just my 2 cents...

cheers,

mel

Guys, E3 *IS* dead.... I know it was great fun and this loss is hard to accept. We all loved the booth babes and so on..... unfortunately there will be nothing interesting this year. Anyway, if you want to check that for yourself, please go ahead and send us some nice postcards ;-)

It's not a good idea because everyone will compare it with the other gorgeous versions and the Wii will be turned down. The gameplay elements you point out are good but they should be implemented in a new Wii exclusive game, not a port.

Cheers!
