Sin City was everything I hoped it would be. The film was beautiful, crazy, freaky, stunning, looked like the graphic novel and was funny, charming, shocking and dirty.


It's amazing how they made this movie. It was so starkly beautiful and strange. The colors and the lighting and the visual...like Marv jumping out of his room!! omg, it was amazing... and the stuff with Goldie and her hair...i hate to be a complete girl but... It was SO PRETTY!!
Such a beautiful movie.


man and that crazy guy who was eating the whores! Frodo was all scary and...wow, like kinda masculine and a bad guy!!. It was surprising. He's got really pretty eyes and so gentle in LOTR. But the part where Marv was torchering him and he was just staring...was creepy.
And the bit at the end when Hartigan was beating up the bad guy...yikes that was gross when he completely disarmed him of his weapons...whoa. I did not like that part! yuck.

All in all I enjoyed the limbs being cut off and the blood being white in this almost competely black and white interesting, arty movie...fantastic.

Lost: Secret Identity - Novelization #2 (Lost (Hyperion))

Has anybody read it or liked it??!!!

I am very excited for the new episode!!! YEAH!!! I love LOST. that's all...LOST!!!!

Uncorked is a charming and quirky indie film, made, I believe in 1998. It centers around the life of a self-absorbed young man, Ross, and his, some would say "crazy", eccentric uncle.

This film is known by three names, "Higher Love", "Uncorked" and "At Sachem Farm", it is a beautiful film and has one of my favorite acoustic guitar solos in it. Although this film may not be everyone's cup of tea it is very indie and I think very good as well as quite unknown. It stars Minnie Driver, Rufus Sewell and Nigel Hawthorne.

On this one i am much less definite. I think Johnny Depp is a genius and it's a strange he doesn't have an oscar. Not that Oscars are that important in my opinion...what's the phrase: End all Be all...? hm. All in all, Depp is fantastic and probably my number one favorite actor.

My roommates have some friends and it's like high school all over agian. Not my high school friends, I had and have awesome high school friends. But her friends are just like stupid in a kiddie, little girl kindof way and it doesn't always bother me but today it really does. I'm not that old, but I can't stand little girls or stupid conversation. We're not in high school anymore and if we were, WE WOULD NOT CONVERSE...ever.
