Crysis is the only answer, if that doesn't count than there is no answer because it wouldn't be the best looking game of all time, what your really asking is what is the second best looking game of all time.....which is kinda pointless.
It really depends on which games you like, and since none of us know you we cant really answer your question, just look up some PC games and ones being released later this year and see what you think of them.
Iv also got a question about the AMD DCO, its running on my computer but is there no way to open it to configure settings or whatever? when i click on the icon nothing happens.
I don't see why you got moderated for mentioning any torrent software. Its perfectly legal and alot of legal downloads come in the form of torrent files, especially large downloads.

The graphics card has the biggest effect on FPS. But having a small amount of ram or a slow cpu can still have a big effect especially combined. If the graphics card needs to keep waiting for data to render because ether there is not enough ram so game data needs to be swapped in and out of ram or the cpu is too slow and not keeping up with the graphics card then you are going to have some problems.

Guys dont get mad at him he has crysis intoxication. Don't worry after 3-4 months removed from crysis. Console games wont look like crap to him. Sorry consolitis michael's comments won't happen again
Its funny but i don't actually really like crysis, i haven't played much of it though but from what iv played it didn't make me wonna keep playing, so I'm just going to wait for awhile when hardware is available that allows me to play the game properly without having a multi GPU system. Like alot of people have said that has some extremely bad bump mapping and is just not at all convincing me that its rock. If you wonna see impressive textures check out S.T.A.L.K.E.R. That has some amazing textures.
