@areial_ace @mikemaj82 well hey my car is reliant upon gasoline that I have to pay for so..mark my words...this will be the future. Just like they started developing games are online only (not like SimCity, like Warhawk). It's coming.

according to a 2012 report, 78% of Americans use the internet, so I highly doubt the other 22% are even thinking about playing video games. As for the price, remember the PS3 launched at $499 and $599, and shipped over 1,000,000 units to the U.S. alone in the first two months. But, then again, that was the PS3.

@jcnba28 why would they? Their earnings are divided into 5 divisions. The gaming division is at the bottom.

@FollowY0urBliss @CrazyOldCracker Well, given that neither me nor any of my friends have had problems with their PS2s, but have had problems with the 360, I imagine the RROD happened much more often around the globe than the disc drive failure
