you all have to realize that in the story from oblviion the only obvious plot for the fifth is a civil war. i think even akavir taking advantage of the empire's torubles to invade would be good. and going back to morrowind would only make sense with a civil war where you can join morrowid in destroying the empire or if u had to return to find out what happened to the dwarves or the nervarine(who left to akavir on an expedition)

A 4th Era of Tamriel. With the death of Martin Septim the empire in beginning to crumble and the provinces are starting conflict over the rule of the empire. Now that oblivion is no longer a threat anyone can be emperor. The Hing Kings of the provinces are fighting for power over all. Civil War. The empire needs a hero to rise up and stop the madness. But who. you play a prisoner in the imperial prison, who happens to have lost his memory. You must find a way to escape from the, now evil, Emperor Ocato who has taken the throne for himself and caused the provinces to go into a rage. You must join the provinces to stop his newfound dictatorship. Ocato has used his power to shape the empire to be how he wants. Cities gaurds are now replaced by hundreds of imperial soldiers, new laws keep everyone on a tighter leash, and magic is now only allowed to the emperor and his council. The guilds are fighting to stay together and the blackwood company has been hired to shut the guilds down. The dark brotherhood is the only guild that is not affected except for its spies in the other guilds. The thieves guild now works with the brotherhood to steal official records from the empire though the Gray Fox doesnt like their dealings its the only way they can stay around. All of the high kings will give you quests to help them either defeat other provinces or the empire. The main quest is to stop Ocato and his evil council

Things to be included:

All guilds including new ones like pirates, legion, city guard, provincial armies, necromancers guild, the rebels, and the Summerset Crusaders. Provinces will include: Cyrodiil, Summerset Isles, Valenwood, Morrowind, and Hammerfell which all will be bigger, more beautiful, and have wayyyy bigger cities especially the Imperial City. Quests that give fame can lead up to you being knighted by a certain province and give tons of specials and rewards ex: houses, horses, armor, weapons. Be able to become a lord of a certain area of land, either buy it or earn it. Buy a house in every city and furnish and renovate it. be able to check warrants to hunt people or monsters for rewards. bigger population in the cites. more quests, weapons armor, have guns ex: hunting rifle. children need to be in the game same with overwieght people cause everyone inst gonna be skinny and perfect, see schools, libraries, theatres, festivals, parks,meeting places where thepeople discuss topics and resolve issues, feasts and parties at the castle, wars between provinces that consist of hundreds of troops not just 8 that you can join, to make it easier to make huge armies make it so only a can interact with you.see and hunt birds, fish, deer and set up agreements with people so you can buy them. must be farms and orchards in the game along with famhouses and gardens. I want to see children running in the streets and laughing, people being arrested for stealing people moving in or away from the cities, Water thats drinkable, harvest food, pigs, chickens, cows, cats. when a city is destroyed it should not still be burning for years after. when a city or town or building is destroyed it should be either rebuilt or overgrown with plants and wildlife. lots of caves, mines, castles, villages, battlefields, landmarks. from the story everything should be just like it says - summerset isle's capital should be more beautiful than the imperial city. i want to see thi sgame in its glory as yet another game of the year. races should include human, breton, nord, dunmer, high elf, kashjiit, argonian, redgaurd, chimer(returning to the story) weapons: longswords, shortswords, daggers, throwing knives, gun, bow, crossbow, spear, pike(for gaurds), fists. armor: rusty iron, iron, steel, leather, cloth, dwemer, fine steel, dunmer, city guard, provincieal guard, legion, legion captain, legion general, guild armors, rebel,daedra, glass, chimer, etc..

theres wayy more ideas im sure everyone has but i say as long as these are met, theres still modding, and htey let us get updates for the game that give us new items, areas, and quests.
