I don't consider Ninja Gaiden for the 360 as exclusive, however, the same thing applies to Sigma. It's essentially a copy of Ninja Gaiden with exclusive contents. So although it has exclusive contents, that doesn't make it a different game from the original one. Take GTA4 as example, the 360 one has exclusive contents but the game itself isn't exclusive. Bad example IMO, GTA4 exclusive stuff is all DLC ADD-ONS. Not stuff that comes out of the box, therefore isn't available to everyone. Same with Bioshock, the PS3 version got some add-on stuff just I believe it was all DLC.

To date it sounds like all of the new stuff for Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 is in the box, ready to go.

Yes, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 is exclusive. Just like how Ninja Gaiden 2 is exclusive. You could jump through all kinds of semantics and technicality hoops to try and say that it's not, but those two games are only available on their respective consoles.

Not exclusive. I'm still playing the same main story with the same main character. Add the women, add a weapon or two and some extra levels. It's still primarily a battle with Dagra Dai, 4 Greater Fiends, and the Arch Fiend. Only, you can keep this PG-13, Purple essnce version. I like my sword work bloody and brutal.cainetao11

Not really trying to push it, but I think there's also co-op in Sigma 2.

But anyway it does make sense, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 does have a ton of features that Ninja Gaiden 2 doesn't have (At least, that's what the developers are saying). And you can really only get that version on the PS3, I guess it's a stretch, but OK!

But let's go back in time and see that:

Ninja Gaiden Sigma didn't even have that fancy little bar claiming it's a PS3 exclusive.

So what say you system warriors? Is Ninja Gaiden 2 a 360 exclusive still, and is Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 a PS3 exclusive? Or is this all publisher craziness, and these are not at all exclusives?

The whole point of Marcus Phoenix and his friends in Gears of War is that they are intended to be comically OTT images of jingoistic American hypermasculinity. It's similar to the way Paul Verhoevan portrayed the dimwitted marines in Starship Troopers in an ironic fashion. If you are trying to take him seriously, then you are really looking at it the wrong way.

Basically. Gears (both of them) has just been a blast to play that Marcus has an obvious choice for me.

What's funny to me is how people think these characters are taken seriously.

Gears is basically a Summer Action movie in video game form, why do people take it seriously is a mystery to me.
