@Abberon: It has an average of 8 on metacritic. Seems to be the consensus on the score. A lot of people enjoy the game and would rate it similarly. I would say more than people being naive it's more that whenever the rude folks don't like a score they go crazy. Scores are subjective no matter what your feelings are on the subject. There is no one true score.

@DeviantCode: You act like people are polity saying they do not like it and I'm attacking them for it. I commented on how mad people are at the game and GameSpot. I never even said it was a good game.

It's weird how mad people are at this game. It's too mainstream to like it I guess. "They pay for reviews! Grrrr!" But they still say things like "unsurprising story and shallow characters" which are huge draws to a JRPG? Even if they do pay GameSpot, why the f*** do you care? It does nothing to you. You're too smart for them.
