@FBohler: Luke also did not use force persuasion with no idea what the force was. He also did not take on Vader and win with no training. Even when he was training with Yoda, he left to fight Vader and still lost. Rey had nothing but still pulled out a win. You have to admit it was too easy for her.
I agree with a lot of criticism about Rey. It seems like everything came a little too easy to her. She was able to pilot the millennium falcon easily, she could use "force persuasion" without any knowledge that the force could work like that. Fighting Ren she was losing until she thought "Oh yeah, the force!" and somehow that made her win. Ren's training was not complete so that's an argument for why he could have lost but Rey had no training at all. I could see how she could use a lightsaber because she uses melee weapons but she really shouldn't have had an advantage over Ren as Ren is also a trained melee fighter.
@FBohler: This right here is bull. It is possible to dislike a movie without "whining." Too many people associate criticism with whining. Some people do not like the parallel between New Hope and Force Awakens and some people don't like how the force came so easily to Rey. Pointing these out is not whining.
The dragonball movie was an extremely well crafted movie. Why can't people sit and enjoy it. They're all a bunch of whiners.
