An update... for anyone who cares

I just finished the second "Dino Crisis" and "Fatal Frame". I'm pretty proud of myself, yet I have to restart my "Rule of Rose" and "Fear Effect" files.

I have decided to buy an Xbox360 this year, and this Christmas (as a gift to myself) a Nintendo DS lite. Next summer, I'll purchase a Wii. I can't wait, thank God I'm getting a good entertainment center. I'm going to need it.

I have a big list of goals that I'm getting through swiftly. One goal includes earning all the "Silent Hill" game endings. So far: I got one left for the first game, two for the second, one for the third, and two for the fourth.

Ciao for now!

Just when the year was going good...

Traxion is canceled! So much for waiting on the other game that made me want a PSP. Buying the huge memory stick was pointless... *fumes*.

I hope that some other company decides to work on it instead. With all the impressions it made at former E3, there's no reason someone should pass up the chance to make this unique game. Look at Lumines! Not a lot of folks thought that was going to fly and it's a great game.

I just bought a stack of games, three of them for my PSP. I finally am getting in Metal Gear Solid ('bout time, right?).

I also got Resident Evil 4. I take back everything bad I ever said about the series, this game is chock-full of awesome. I'm stuck, but I'm having a blast. Too bad I can't say the same for "Fear Effect", "Rule of Rose", and "Fatal Frame" (hopelessly stuck on those also).

Still, so far, a great new year. I hope so for everyone else. 2006 bit.

Happy gaming!

Busy-bee I be!

I can't believe it. In less than a week, I finished RE2, RE3, and Dino Crisis!

Yes, I've been in quite the survival horror mood.

My big score this Christmas was two hundred bucks, so I'm going out to get a couple of new video games.

Ciao for now and happy holidays everyone!

Man, I'm prolific...

I finished three games in one day within hours of each other. Don't think that I have no life, they were near their respected ends.

Indigo Prophecy and Fatal Frame II: they were at very difficult parts. Both were boss battles, go fig. But I surprised myself by beating them with little effort.

Gitaroo-Man Lives: It had taken up until this game for me to realize that PSP games tend to be short on the first whole playthrough. The 9th stage was a little pain in the butt.

A close friend recommended I play Gitaroo-Man, but until the PSP version came out, I didn't really care for it. I like it a lot, another reason to own a PSP.

Finally, I got a job at a bookstore so I'm buying stuff left and right. Hopefully, one of those things will be a 360!

I'm yet another PSP owner...

That's right, I finally own a PSP!

I named it "Mnemosyne", who is the Greek goddess that personified memory (and was the mother of the Muses). Yeah, I name my things... so what?

I bought two games: "Lumines" and "LocoRoco". So far, I'm really enjoying it. I can't wait until I get rich again to buy more games!

Anyway, that's it from here, take care!

Tokyo Game Show!

Like everyone in the gaming world, I'm psyched about the beginning of TGS. E3 has come and gone, so has the Leipzig and PAX... this is the last big one for the year.

The biggest thing I'm looking forward to is more information on "Silent Hill: Origins". This is a big driving force on whether or not I'll buy the PSP for sure. It also would help to know what the heck Q1 2007 is roughly...

Yesterday, I bought "Okami" and my gaming dry spell has come to an end. So far, the game rocks hard. It's ridiculously fun and easy to get into. So, get it when you can!

That's it from me, take care everyone!

Yea, my first post! And a few rants and things...

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen of the gaming world! I'm Lindsey aka miragedolphin7. I've been a gamer for a long while, first playing a second-hand Atari and sometimes at the local restaurant's arcade.

I'm very excited about gaming today, we're in a good age. We got some sweet systems coming our way along with the launch of new and familiar titles.

Like many, I'm not thrilled with the price tag of the PS3. Plus, with talks of it being other things before a gaming system irks me. And... I can freaking care less about Blu-Ray. Sure, pretty graphics and cleaner sound is nice, but... it's something that never was essential to a good movie experience for me. So, I shush on this.

I've been a console gamer since the beginning, but the PSP and DS look so awesome... I may just have to become a serious handheld gamer. I tried with the Game Boy Color (remember those?) but the only game that was worth the price of admission was "Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons". I enjoy watching my little sister play the series than trying it out myself, but this game was the exception. I've yet to finish, but it's a blast.

I just got "Fear Effect" and "Fear Effect 2: Retro Helix" in the mail today. I'm thrilled, I've been waiting ages to play this series. Hey, all they had to say was "references Blade Runner" and "survival horror" to get my attention.

Whoa, words. Lots of them. I should shut up now, so goodbye!

Happy Gaming,
