Exactly! That's why I'm asking. For me Max Payne 2 was a disappointment, specially the story since they added a lot of stuff they didn't meant to add in the first one.

Interesting numbers, but what I'd like to know however is what they consider to be a "resolved" complaint. I've worked in a company that handled complaints and by their rules a complaint was considered "resolved" if: - The user didn't contact anymore after the complaint; - The complaint could not legally be imputed on the company; - The user was missing information; We can never truly trust these numbers.
