I bought FFXIII for AU$8 from Cash Converters (for those of you that dont know, this is a franchised second hand store, where all the crims go to sell the stuff theyve just stolen from the house down the road) then traded it in at Gametraders (franchised second hand game store) for AU$35.

All you guys have outstanding collections. I am amazed how big they are. My personal collection consists of 5 consoles and 35-40 games between them. I also have a PSP and GBA with about 20 games between those 2.

All things being equal I would probably rather the phat purely because you could turn it off with a switch on the back, whereas with the slim you have to put it on standby, unless Ive been missing something for the last three years.

Thanks guys. There's a few ideas to work with here and some protective items/cases to hunt down.

Does anyone know why Nintendo went with the cardboard box, instead of plastic case??
