My view on the lack of side missions is pretty simple. I don't care. I'd rather have straight assassination missions and some wicked achievements to hunt down than boring side missions. I'm probably in the minority on this but that's just how I feel.
Yes. I don't know if you need the receipt or not though I haven't had to send mine in. Its an 05 machine too. I would think you shouldn't need a recipt if its registered properly but someone who has done it alreayd will have to tell you.
I've been using this for six months with no problems. It does a good job. Its designed for a laptop computer but it draws very little power and allows you to keep your 360 horizontal.
