I say yes. But opinions vary. I really liked Double Agent. But its different than the previous splinter cell games. There is no "safety" zone, which means you're in broad day light quite a bit and there's not always shadows to hide in. And except for the headquarters missions there is a lot more leeway as to the use of the fifth freedom. A lot more killing. I actually preferred it to the older games but I know some die hard splinter cell fans that claimed to be disappointed with it.
I enjoyed it and it has some replay value if you want to try some of the important choices differently to catch the different endings.

no IF it broke you will not lose your saves because the Hard drive is externel and caneasily be taken off, just like a mem card. secondly IF it breaks it will be 100% your fault. honestly 360s breaking is the most overhyped overtalked about piece of crap ever. take good care of it, give it plenty of room to breathe, and i promise you will be fine! wow your so stupid it isnt even funny, my 2nd 360 broke on me, and u know what, both of them were sitting on top of games with lots of room to breathe, Matt from IGN is on his 5th 360, so no it isnt an overhyped peice of crap or anything of the sort, its siply they have some issues that need to be fixed
my first 360 was broke right out of the box - Microsoft stated publicly that they were unsatisfied with the hardware failures of the first couple runs thats why they started fixing all 2005 consoles free of charge.
But I think most of the problems have been fixed. My 2nd one has been problem free since I got it.
I bought it to play oblivion and in anticipation of halo3 - I was always a ps2 person but my wife converted me to the orginal xbox and was sold on MS after that
now that eight months have gone by I feel good about my decision - I'm sure the ps3 is okay but I haven't played one and probably won't - the 360 keeps me plenty busy
My main character is a dark elf named Flagg - now he mostly uses Goldbrand and he is a master of destruction. I haven't played in a long time I think his level was in the high forties, low fifties. Custom class Heretic.
I don't know if it will be as creepy as condemned, but should be good - I don't know! Where is the second one? Hunting down all the achievements in condemned was so much fun
I haven't played the wrestling game but I own the other three - gears is the best with splinter cell and fear being about a tie for second - this was different than the old splinter cells (lots of daylight, not as much incentive to gain stealth ratings, much more liberal use of deadly force) but I liked most of the changes they made. Fear was very linear and the recycled environments got old, but the combat was very addicting and overall it was a great game.
