PC gaming has lower standards, and Hermies eat it up. Publishers expect PC gamers to fix a broken ass game's bugs with mods. It's quite sad. Quality control is much better on Console. Games never get out of beta on PC these days.
Funny that PC gamers turn around and talk bad about blockbuster titles on console, as if actually having a story or narrative combined with solid gameplay is a bad thing. It's because they aren't used to such quality as Gears or Uncharted. On PC, because of limited budgets and talent in these small studios with no console maker backing, you have to choose either solid gameplay or a decent story- never both.
If the game has an interesting concept and story, the gameplay is dumbed down to point and click. If the gameplay is great, the game feels like an empty shell because they couldn't afford even a writer or story planner from a CW show.
