Only delusional people thought From Software was actually serious about the whole "PC version will be the lead platform and it will look a lot better". FSW has barely any experience making games for the PC and are primarily a console dev.
I guess they are delusional. how can people really believe From is going to waste extra resources on the PC version when it's going to bring in a fraction of the revenue? The delay and reveal only confirmed that they were full of sht when they claimed pc version was lead.
