Fresh HD Texture Pack (1.7.10/1.7.9) - I love this Texture Pack with a passion. The way it’s designed is so spectacular, so well done and truly professional. The artist of the Fresh HD Texture Pack for Minecraft 1.7.10 and 1.7.9 has developed this Texture Pack to remain the same as the Default Texture Pack of Minecraft. However, by raising the resolution, and replacing the simplistic textures with new, fresher, more detailed, professional and far more developed textures; the whole theme of Minecraft has been boosted. That’s what I love about this Texture Pack. The whole idea of keeping Minecrafts original textures, and simply boosting them to the best they possibly can be. Right down to the tiniest of details, the textures are spot-on perfect! It must have taken a long time, and an expert texture artist to create such a pack. I love it.

Spring Breeze Texture Pack (1.7.10/1.7.9) - The Spring Breeze Texture Pack is a very original idea, it brings that feel of retro games like Super Mario 3, at least in my opinion, to the game. It has a really nice quilted feel almost with its subtle cross hatch pattern that really makes this pack feel different and stand out from the rest. WegeCraft Texture Pack (1.7.10/1.7.9) - Once again I find a delightful pack wander across my path. Without putting too much into the pack, the developer of Wegecraft managed to create an eye catching, modern themed texture pack that looks fantastic. The pack doesn’t make too many drastic changes but adds a touch of modern and real-life feel. I enjoy the small changes to the default textures that make it unique but not too extravagant. The pack is used just as any other texture pack. It is selected from your resource packs list once installed.

Boyinice’s Revamped Texture Pack (1.7.10/1.7.9) - This texture pack adds a lot of new details to many of the items in Minecraft. One of these that seems to stand out is that the lines seem to be more apparent on blocks of wood or trees which is actually quite nice looking. It makes the landscape and your home feel more crisp and clean than some of the muddy looking packs and even in Vanilla Minecraft. This pack recalls games from a 16 bit era and the stones, stairs and wood all remind me of Castlevania in ways, which is always a good thing. Check out some of the screens below for more.

UniQraft Texture Pack (1.7.10/1.7.9) replaces the old Minecraft textures with new, cooler looking ones. I usually look for how well tiled the textures are in a Texture Pack. However the UniQraft Texture Pack for Minecraft 1.7.10 and 1.7.9′s textures are actually designed similar to tiles. All the textures have been made far more less detailed, and more simplistic. This makes the entire Texture Pack already very good in my opinion, and all the textures to be colorful. The textures that replace the Default Minecraft’s textures are bright, simple, yet still detailed. Even though a large amount of the textures are far less detailed looking than other textures, and even the water looks goofy; it still fits a great cartoony theme.
