[QUOTE="NinjaMunkey01"]i already have one but you said another Xbox will be out soon. I bet even then the ps3 will be more powerfull. then it will also be cheaper, then it will be MS turn to suck again.ss_49

wow...the fanboy is strong in this one...:|

The ps3 has yet to prove it's superiority over the 360 this gen and you're already predicting it to be more powerful than a next-next-gen system?

By any chance were you dropped as a child? Repeatedly?

EDIT: I just read your blog about Lair being an excellent game and MS paying off GS for the bad review. You are, indeed, insane. :|

Seconded.

how has this thread, which started on a completely low note... sunk to unexpected depths?

It's impressive.

I'm expecting that I'll be banned for this uber thread derailment.

You moved from South Africa to Ireland? Well you certainly are moving up in the world.Big_Gamer_Al

You clearly know nothing about South Africa. I'm actually Dutch and moved from Holland to South Africa first. That must have been a downward step then in your opinion.

Like you would know living in South Africa

I love how people know so much about the rest of the world but have no idea what's going on in there own place in the world.

This is a video game forum, how are sales of anything in South Africa doing?

SpruceCaboose

Look up any study on worldwide testing. You will clearly see the US consistently on the bottom of the barrel in the industrialized world.

As for it being a video game forum, you started the OT talk to begin with. But baring that, you can see this self-centered attitude here on SW when people post things like "Only US sales matter, Japan and Europe don't count".

He must be right. What would someone like me, not being a US citizen, know about anything? I guess having lived on three continents and having travelled widely doesn't qualify me for much.

It must suck to be me. I guess I will have to suffer in silence, whimpering in a corner clutching my bachelor's degree in one hand and my professional charter in the other.

Of course I jest. Everyone's opinion counts. Except the TC's who clearly isexperiencing some serious ME envy.

No offense, but you can't really compare the UK and USA education systems. The UK is streets ahead.

[QUOTE="SpruceCaboose"]I live in America. The American educational system is a joke (Its been shown American children are doing worse on testing year on year, while other industrialized nations improve), as is many institutions in this country, including the federal government, which took world-wide support and concern and managed to turn it into world-wide disdain within a couple years. Big_Gamer_Al

Case in point... Miss South Carolina (I think it was)in themiss teen USA pageant and her opinions regarding ejumakashin in South Africa and the Iraq. I'm from South Africa and I found it highly amusing :)

I like America and its' people by the way!

How come people in South Africa care about America so much when Africa has problems of it's own?

Ask Miss South Carolina... she started it.

[QUOTE="mruurds"]

MS paid Bioware for exclusive rights to the first instalment of ME. EA bought Bioware. Effectively MS has now paid EA for exclusive rights to the first ME. Unless EA or Sony agrees a massive lump sum to buy those rights back from MS, you'll never see ME1 on a PS3. Unless of course the PS3 suddenly becomes a roaring success and MS deicdes to publish games on that platform (not gonna happen).

Or MS could go bankrupt and the liquidators could sell back the rights to EA. Clearly that won't happen either.

Someone needs to go brush up on their contract law.

WuTangG

Dont worry hes the guy who wrote the contract:lol:

Clearly ;)
