I obviously haven't played this so I can't really comment. I'm no PS3 fan (PCWii60), but this review can't be right when compared to the majority of reviews on other reputable sites.

I know the rules say that this is a flop on GS and thuscalls for massive cow ownage, but the word"bias" springs to mind.

Enjoy R&C cows... it surely can't be that bad.

Nextgenireland.com is the sony fansite that gave Lair an almost perfect score. It's a refuge for cows as they pretty much always score Sony games AAA. It's misleading as well because the site has old reviews for other systems, but now reviews only Sony games.

Other notable reviews:

Heavenly Sword = 9.7

Warhawk = 9.6

Formula 1 = 9

Motorstorm = 9.4

Massive lemming ownage according to that site (yeah right ;))

Impact = OPINION

Hype score minus GS score = FACT

Stop the damage control cows. Lair is the biggest flop in GS history... FACT!

C'mon... Zelda TP only missed the hyped score by a little. I don't know whether Lair was hyped AA or AAA, but either way it missed the mark by a huge margin.

Lair wins hands down.

Official hype is ALWAYS locked in before reviews start showing up...there is no other way to run it. So, the official hype of HS doesn't really tell you much about how much it's being hyped at this point.whoisryanmack

That's best :) I wouldn't begin to argue as it's the best way to ensure that fans who massively overhype games get the ownage they deserve.

My solution is to hype Ratchet and Clank AAA to match Heavenly Sword's hype.
