The door on that antec case folds around so it's flat against the side panel, so it wont get in the way.

I don't understand how opening the case door gets annoying though. How often do you put a cd in or press the power button in one sitting? You do know that you have the option of turning your computer on by keyboard or mouse, right?

It should give you an option to do a non destructive install. In otherwords, upgrade to vista while keeping your data.
