For FF1, I think the best party has a fighter, black belt (or monk, I cant remember the class titles exactly), white mage and black mage. Buy them weapons and armor at Coneria (the starting city) and fight monsters around the area to level up. Buy potions to heal with, etc.

Garland from FF1 is the best FF villain.

A close second is Sephiroth.

I believe it took me around 20 to beat it. I really enjoyed the game at first, but as time dragged on I started to get bored and was happy when it was finished so that I no longer had to play it. Worth a rental / buy though, for sure.

I have about 3000 after getting all the green stars, need the other 6999 to get to 9999. I didnt avoid star bits while playing, I just didnt go out of my way to collect them.

I have 241 stars currently, just need 9999 star bits so that I can unlock the comet in the grandmaster galaxy. Where is the best place to get star bits? I have been going to the melty monster galaxy and doing the 'rolling down memory lane' star over and over and it works alright, but I was wondering if there was a faster way? Personally I think it is a pretty gay time sink to require 9999 star bits to unlock a comet. It isnt fun just going and collecting them all.

I will say that the blackout galaxy was awesome in SMG2, as was the last galaxy before fighting bowser for the last time in SMG2 that was nearly completely underwater.
