There was a bomb right beside my school. Police took care of it, though I had to take a massive detour to get home.

Out of those listed I choose metal, with my favourite metal sub-genre being melodic death metal. My taste in music is very wide from melo-death like In Flames to visual kei J-rock like the GazettE and to 1950's jazz.

All the PS3 exclusives are Amazing, I don't know where to even begin...
I think if your gonna be a new PS3 owner you should get MGS4 first, every new PS3 owner should get MGS4 first

Actually..if he hasn't played any of the previous MGS games, then he shouldn't get MGS4 first. It's more enjoyable if you've played the previous ones because if you don't, then you will have no idea on what the heck is happening. I'd say get Uncharted 2 first. And then get Heavy Rain. Heavy Rain is a truly unique gaming experience unlike any other. You need to get it.
True
I've never played any of the MGSs in my life, and I got to admit... the entire game I was like: "Why is snake so F'N old":P
but still, MGS4 is a masterpiece everyone should enjoy.
I too didn't play any MGS games prior to 4, but fortunately I downloaded the MGS database before getting too involved in the game. Or someone could just look up what happened in previous games on wikipedia or something.I would like to second the mention of Ratchet and Clank. Age rating doesn't take away from a game being great. Killzone is also a pretty good game if you enjoy FPS games.
[QUOTE="mutual-assassin"]Yes, well half the population of Northern Ireland don't even see themselves as Irish, but rather British. Across the border they do seem to be much friendlier and open, but Northern Ireland's society is one filled with much more hate and discrimination. Considering that 20 years ago Catholics were facing discrimination, Northern Ireland is very much behind the times with the idea of a multicultural society. What about the people of Ireland? (not northern) My cousin is Muslim and she just married a Catholic Irish man, they have a huge family and they are so open to everything, those sort of people I love.. I wish everyone was like that =/As I said the people in the Republic of Ireland are much nicer and more open to those from other countries of different faiths. I'm sure it still has a few who are sectarian/racist, but every country does. I would've thought London, being a city of such diversity, would be more tolerant to those of other faiths, particularly Muslims?[QUOTE="SPBoss"] Irish people are less racist and more open than british people.. thats what I think as a LondonerSPBoss
One of my favourite bands, Insomnium, are doom metal apparently, or melodic doom metal or some other ridiculous genre type. They're pretty amazing if you ask me.

A lot of people here have some unprovoked hatred for Muslims despite never encountering them before, keep in mind however that Northern Ireland is an incredibly Christian country unfortunately with a history riddled by sectarian violence. So certainly Islam doesn't receive any preferential treatment, however personally I do feel that Islam can be a little too strict and backward, then again you can point that out with most religions.

I'm ever so slightly torn between Fallout: New Vegas or Black Ops. I'm currently leaning more towards Fallout as I'm really in no mood to shell out money for what could essentially be the same Call of Duty game I bought last year. I find the multiplayer aspect of Black Ops most appealing, but I'm concerned if Fallout really is as glitchy as some reviews would lead one to believe?
Since the Christmas of 2007. It's broken down twice, once in May of 08 and most recently in the summer which just past. Alas I had my divine possession fixed and admittedly the last break down was my fault for leaving it on while I was out.
