I need to lose a few pounds. I exercise, and I eat healthy, but then I sabotage it by eating a lot of junk in little spurts between the healthy stuff. It's all about self-control. If I can put down the bleeping chips, or not have seconds on the pasta, I will be alright.

No offense but I won't be joining. If I can't lose weight on my own, what good'll some strangers do on a board I will never visit?

PS: Do eat fish (or fish pills), do cardio AND weight training, and do not eat soy if you're a guy. I made that mistake.

For a supid thread about nothing, it sure did attract attention, and sparked a debate no less! It got more replies than my Giants topic, and that was way more interesting.

Oh and to stay on topic, GS certainly has an influencing behavior on me. Because of OT, I have been introduced to many new bands, I have been informed on stuff, and I certainly like to garner attention, reputation and respect on the board (who doesn't? even the aloof ones who act like it doesn't matter do). If GS likes it, there is a chance I might too. I try to stay open-minded.

On the flip side, if I like something and GS doesn't, I don't really care.

All you have to do.. Is be Attractive, Funny, Smart, Cool, Like-able and good in bed. Its simple really
