@mobius_basic: Yeah, but no games will ever show at 30fps on PSVR. It's impossible anyway since the screen is a 120hz refresh no matter what. If the game itself is 60, it reprojects to 120. 90 to 90. 120-120.

@Frogster8: I've used the PSVR and I can attest (just like countless others who've used it both "civilian" and media have), it runs smooth. For games that run at 120hz, it runs smooth. You can't tell that it's being reprojected. PSVR also has a 120-120 mode that some games will use. Still smooth.

I know you don't realize it, but Sony made a great piece of tech here that performs far better than its specs should dictate. It may be the best piece of technology Sony has ever made.

@reduc_ab_: And what many people don't realize is that PSVR beats the higher end VR options in several critical areas;

- Refresh rate

- RGB screen tech/subpixel arrangement

- Lower latency

And if you're self-conscious about how you look when playing a game and having fun, then yes, VR is not for you among a number of other fun activities in life...

@Frogster8: The screen is 120hz. No PSVR games runs below 60fps. All 60fps PSVR games are reprojected to 120fps.

There are very few 30fps games on PS4, but that has nothing to do with this anyway. Don't be so PCnile.

This is big for Sony. It's a very reasonable price.
