I don't get it.

@girlusocrazy: They're only useless if you're not a power user.
If you are, then it's almost 200 more triggers for your own scripts and marcos.
Also number pads are older than phones.
With phones you're starting from roughly the middle of the phone,
so it's better to have the more common (i.e. lower) numbers near the middle.
If your hands are starting below the buttons however,
then it makes way more sense to have the more common numbers at the bottom.

I may go buy their keyboard and this thing now.
The lack of a numpad was my biggest problem with it.

Ugh.
They fell into the trap.
How much of that was down to Microsoft's total incompetence, I don't know,
but I know if they'd been forced into a 2-year cycle,
we'd have got a much better game.
This is exactly the reason why games weren't just better in the past (on average)
but mainly the reason why there were literally 100x more of them.
