@cristianvs The thing is is that this really isn't a fantastic update, a 64bit CPU is marketing fluff. A smartphone has no reason for the address space of a 64 bit processor. Not until it has to address more than 4GB of RAM, and that won't be for several years. The M7 yanks some of the motion sensing off the CPU but whos to say how much processing power that uses anyway... The camera you can't comment on until someone uses it in the real world. The fingerprint scanner is kinda cool but its a gimmick that's all. I love apple design but they need to put the tech in to justify the price.
@ioshilee I'd stick with the HTC one until apple stop releasing midrange tech with a high end price tag. And while we're on the subject the **** does a smartphone with max a gig of ram (They haven't actually told us) need 64bit architecture? I'd also like to point out that Apple have released no technical specs for the CPU only that its 2 times faster than the A6 with no power degradation... A massive ask. (note also no battery specs). Jony Ive seriously knows what he's doing and Apples design engineering is second to none but they need to start putting tech in the phone that is worthy of a $600 price tag.
@Commander_Snowy I tell you what if you can fill up half a terabyte before they get this working then you can laugh... and then seriously find something better to do.
@JBStone1981 Purely because it comes out at 4pm PST which is midnight for us and why Jess gets up at stupid oclock to do it on her end. If they were to do it at a reasonable hour for us then we'd miss half the days news on your end...
