You have to wait until the store in your area updates everybody is different, mine doesn't update until like 7pm which sucks.
I think CoD WaW wouldn't be good on the PsP, personally I think no game that is on the Ps3 should be on the PsP.
I got an idea, fly to the US and go to a Walmart, buy a card, fly back to your house, and then that should work.
