Well I think it is pretty simple. They have to play the game thoroughly on Multiplayer and the campaign. Now I'm notsure if they do it on all difficulties, but you have to take the time into account on all of those things I just mentioned. On top of that it also depends on when Gamespot receives the game. There is a lot of things that come into account.

how do all the other sites do it then? That's a pretty lame excuse if you ask me.

I'll answer your question with another question: How can the big sites have released their reviews quicker than that people have actually played the online? Don't you need to try out the online for atleast a day to be sure on how it works and not just with your buddies at the office?

its a known fact that a bucnh of people have had the game for over a week.

Their mottos for reviews is accurate, not timely. Who cares, to be honest, your going to get MW2 no matter what. Can you not infer it will be like MW1? I mean this is a pretty consistent developer here, it would be shocking if they put out a broken product.

so, by your logic, its not possible to be accurate and on time? I'll let my boss know that the next time I miss a deadline.

they are almost always last amongst the major review sites. Please don't give me the excuse that their reviews are just that much more in detail than the others. That's simply not true as Gamespots reviews usually consist of no more than two pages. Where is the darn MW2 review!?

This game is all about momentum and little else. I'm sick and tired of developers who are lazy as sin making games that simply trade off on which teams of the momentum or not. When I play others online and if they have the momentum, I'll miss like 5 layups in a row with my star players. While the other guy will hit 3 pointers from anywhereon the court. It simply comes down to who has the momentum in the last period of the game to win. Very cheap in my oppinion.
