The game is epic on all levels....well, most levels. I have never experienced a game like this before. The only problem is that I simply don't have the time to put into this game. It may take me a good year to actually finish it. I really only have the time to put in a few hours a week. I can see how one would get lost in this game and let other areas of life suffer in the process. It really is that amazing.

Rented the game from Red Box before actually buying it. I must say that I think this game is truly epic in almost each and every way. However, after spending a few days with the game, I've come to the conclusions that although it is fun as can be and epic, it's just too overwhelming for me. I loved Oblivion and Morrowind. However, I simply don't have the time anymore to sit down and play games like this. I've been reduced to spending only a few hours a week playing video games. My career and other hobbies have greatly reduced the time that I have to play video games. Part of me is sad because of this…but it is what it is.
Currently, I play a few matches of NBA 2k12 and NCAA football 12 and battlefield 3 online and that is about it. I just don't have the time or patients anymore to play games that require a lot of time and investment. Anyone else run into this same issue?

Going from BF3 on the PC to MW3 on the 360 is like going from a 3 course steak dinner with a fine liquor to a double quarter pounder with coke and fries.
It's rather jarring.
Couldn't have put it better myself. I totally agree.Nope, I said it earlier in this thread and was met with loads of disagreement. I'm enjoying BF3, but playing it just makes me realize how much of an incredible fluke BC2 must have been for DICE, as its far superior in many ways. At this point, I like BC2 better.[QUOTE="sammyjenkis898"]I actually think Bad Company 2 is the better game. I realize I'm probably alone on this.jamejame
I actually think Bad Company 2 is the better game. I realize I'm probably alone on this.sammyjenkis898I just got done playing a few hours of BF3 on the xbox and I could not agree more with your statement. It seems that BF3 was greared more towards the PC. I felt that BC2 designed worked really well with the consoles. After a few hours of playing BF3, I'm just not feeling it. At this point, I feel the Bad Company 2 is more fun to play and works better on consoles. I will give BF3 more time, but it does not seem to work well on the consoles. The graphics are not all that impressive and the maps seem to be too big for the 24 player cap. They seemed to be geared and designed better for the PC. Sucks to be me because I will not purchase it for the PC....not a big fan.
[QUOTE="neversummer75"]Would medium settings on the pc look better than how it would look on the 360?kozzy1234
As Miller said, LOW settings = consoles graphics.
Medium looks ALOT better then consoles does, High and Ultra even more so
Would it be benificial to OC my NVIDIA 540m? Would it damage my laptop and GPU?
