Yes. Based on tweets, youtube, and google search. Where ps4 is nearly doubled the totals of wii-u indicates at least double the interest in ps4 than wii-u. It could be more since the highest wii-u was when it was released. Before release, wii-u interest was fifth of ps4. So ps4 could have up to five times the interest. People stating that ps4 or xbox one will fail like wii-u is living under a rock. Google, twitter, and youtube have indicated that ps4 mindshare and interest is significantly higher. Plain and simple. PS4 is going to outsell wii-u by a huge margin. Interest before launch or preorders are not always indicative of future success, look at the Vita for example. Interest is always higher before launch, when hype is high, whether the cows believe it or not hype will die down following launch when the flaws of the system are revealed, and whether or not they have a steady flow of games in the launch window, not to mention the fact that the PS4 launch lineup is not much better than the Wii U. Will PS4 do better than the Wii U, undoubtedly, will it do better by a large margin, we will have to wait and see.Vita never had huge google numbers by any stretch. The highest ps vita reached was 1/4 of ps4 on google. Vita reached 4/5 of ps4 but vita was probably typed for other reasons as well that month. google, youtube, and tweets correlate to sales. The reason I read up on them is so I could make educated estimates on how something will perform. I don't just go with a opinion that doesn't have data backing it up.

I would recommend reading up twitter trends, google trends, and youtube trends. I also read up on forums and enjoy trolling. I honestly believe it is pretty clear cut that ps4 is going to crush wii-u based on twitter, google, and youtube. It is just a matter of data. For god sake ps4 was googled 5:1 more than wii-u in june. To say wii-u is going to beat ps4 at this stage is living under the rock. Unless there is some miracle that happens, ps4 is going to destroy wii-u. It is possible that ps4 will outsell wii-u 14 months in november and december alone.

Everyone in the world doesn't use twitter.The internet is not equal to the whole world.
twitter = whole world. Last of us is a good example of this. It was tweeted a lot. And surprisingly it sold a lot. Twitter basically tells you whether the main public will buy your game. Twitter is arguably the best tool to predict whether something will be successful or not.

Twitter is by far the best place to understand what is going to sell and what isn't. Twitter basically has a 95% successful rate of predicting the future. It is literally nostradamus.
Anyone with basic economic knowledge knows that if interesting things get released for something like a console and the price is right people will buy the console. No one knows how big the turnaround will be yet.
Anyone knows that when people literally are saying on twitter that they are going to buy a ps4 are going to buy a ps4. And guess what those people tweeted it to their friends too.
