we have the same problem. I just bought another 512mb memory stick i see the big difference with running games. I suggest you buy 512mb memor stick. If you still have problems with running games sluggishly then i suggest upgrade your Video card.Â
If your OS is Windows Vista... i suggest you must have 2GB of RAM to run games smoothly.

I think its not racism. Americans just hate people who don't speak their language. That is the study of some researchers. Here is a tip when playing with americans... dont talk with them and don't mind on them being a prick on the game. At least we, outside american countries can speak our own language and also speak and understand english. Do americans speak our different language? I think not. Maybe some but not that much.

I would get a 7600gt now, u will see a massive performance hike from a 5500 (i know coz i used to have one, although my 7600gs broke and im back to the 5500 atm) and then get a nice quick p4 processor, maybe a pentium dcrazytom49

GPU ... ur gpu is old enough to handle bf2142 . i think ur a agp user and if so go for a 6600gt ,7600gt or 7800gs ..they will run bf2142 smoothly....pepsiboy987
