@solidsnake7882: Well, whether it was intentional or a stupid and easily avoidable mistake is now besides the point, the effect is just the same--they sold a game not yet intended to be sold and as such has functionalities (online and trophies) that have not yet been enabled. In a sense, an incomplete game. So I think ND can fairly respond just the same either way. Pretty sure people at ND, after their efforts in this, wouldn't appreciate the game coming out and functioning not in the way they intended it to be up to the smallest details.
@the_bobster_10_: I'm thinking more like the retailer did this on purpose. I mean, it's a highly anticipated game and it'll translate to more $$$ for them if they can start selling the game before other retailers could. I dunno. I'm just not fully buying into the "delay was never updated in the store's release date database" explanation. It's not like this is the first time they ever sold a game.
@connorisadog: As I remember, when the guy got in the accident, he had just left an event for a charity organization he himself had founded. Whether or not there were some publicity and imagery hoopla when he started it, it doesn't take away the fact that it did and continue to help people in need (stricken in calamities I believe). Just curious what you've done to better lives of other people and what this guy has done to you to make you so salty to a dead guy.

Things like these make feminism a joke. There's nothing demeaning or objectifying here unless, of course, your vision leans towards that (which makes it ironic really). It's like saying a nude painting of a woman is sexualizing the female form. No, it's not. I know very well that art is a completely different argument and this picture arguably doesn't fall in that category but for one horned up guy by unhealthy levels, a boob is a boob regardless of whatever context. And sadly, well ironically, this is exactly the same lens some people, well at the least this Fipps guy, look at this in pointing out what's "wrong" with it. Simply, if something so objectively non-sexual is viewed the complete opposite, doesn't that speak more loudly about the person who sees it that way as compared to whatever that thing may be or not be? Seriously, it's a girl doing an over the shoulder pose. Let's be objective here: if this were someone else--a 250-lb girl, a guy, or that gorilla from this game--doing the exact same pose, would these people think this to be just as much sexed up? I really doubt it.
This is a girl who shoots other people...like to kill people and a gorilla too. If her butt bothers you more than that fact, well, your concerns are really really messed up. Go play Tetris for fvck's sake.
