WoW is hardly the best MMO ever nor does it redefine its genre. It is however the easiest MMO, and the best selling... which probably relate to each other a great dea. WoW took almost everything about what defines an MMO from older games like Everquest. WoW did however fine tune the MMO genre and make it accessible to a wider audience. The same thing could be said about other MMOs such as EQ2 though. Learn your gaming history.

Why dont you use the forums on gamerankings.com then. On GS forums we use GS scores it does not matter what IGN,1UP,Gameinformer, or any other place scored it. Critic's Average is also posted on Gamespot.com. Using your argument, that would mean.....
Instead of having a one sighted "gamespot is all that matters" view, why don't you try averaging Critic's Score's? You can't. It's amazing to me how many people use a "Gamespot is God" view to try and win their fragile arguments.

Seriously, haters need to stop using this argument against Nintendo cause as you can see, all developers do it. And half these franchises haven't even been around as long as some of Nintendo's, but they sure have racked up some numbers behind their names pretty fast. So one critic's score means more than all the critic's scores combined? That doesn't make any sense whatsoever. There is a word for someone who lets someone else do their thinking for them.
Pokemon Diamond/Pearl (although I hate to say it), for DS... hands down. Every kid (and a good amount of adults), have that game. If they don't have it already, they will get it for X-Mas. Not only does Pokemon have huge market share, but so does the DS. If not that, Halo 3, GTA, or WoW BC are safe bets...
